image question in cpanel

    This has to be a totally newb question but the problem I have is everytime I upload a jpeg file into cPanel File Manager it comes out as a text/x-generic instead of image/x-generic. How do I get it to go as image/x-generic I have worked on it for an hour and can not figure it out. LOL :confused:

    try upload it via ftp with binary transfer mode
