Image problem in Dle

    Hi how to resize the image in DLE8.5..
    even i made changes in admin panel..
    my images are not resizeing..
    i am using the tinypic image.

    please help me..
    there is any tool to resize the image..

    Use Picture icon before 2 last (PDA/RSS symbols) on right.
    please tell this in detail i am not getting..
