Image placement near to Adsense

    Hi
    Is there is any restriction to place images near to adsense??
    I heard from some thread, that google banned them after placing images near to adsense.
    another guy is telling that, he is getting more income after placing images near to adsense.
    Please advise me.

    Yes , The New TOS doesnt allow making images near adsense
