    Wordpress with some gallery modified plugins i think is the best variant. (I may be wrong).

    there are various like those

    as Tortemon said, you can use wordpress with more plugins and themes, custom scripts are coded by programmers just for image sharing

    9gag clones are available and sold

    u can also create one on your own :)
