I prefer the higest paying one I just leave it to both. But every one is right, the texts get more clicks, and chance because it shows more ads compared to a single image. If they don't like, they move on to your conteent. On text they move on to 1-3 more ads so more chance of a click.
Images are better when you need to keep the website looking good.. Text is when you have a lot of links on the website anyway
Are you asking about CPM or CPC ? I have disabled CPM on my AdSens account, and for CPC my earnings are usually higher with text Ads.
I'm not talking about clicks (ctr) I'm talking about impressions (cpm) That's how I make most of my monet. Why would you disable cpm? Isn't that like turning down more earnings?
Simply requiring that change through the AdSense contact form. They disabled CPM ads next day, and told me that for reactivating CPM ads again I should use that form too.
people are getting more and more "banner blind", so try using text ads and making them blend into your background so they don't look so much like ads.
Um, Adsense got rich because they came out with text ads when everyone else was doing image ads. So, um, do you still need to ask?
My vote goes to text ads! I observed higher earnings from text ads compared to image ads. I can't explain the reason, because an image is more suggestive and more click inviting from my point of view.
Text seems to pay more for impressions, I have come to that conclusion through my earnings and everyone's response. I have another question. On my banner sometimes the banner advertises 5 different links with 5 different sites. Sometimes it advertises on site with big text. When it advertises the one site it pays great for impressions. When it advertises 5 different links it doesn't pay good for impressions. How can I make sure it only advertises on site instead of a bunch of links?
that depents on your site. if you own a article site, it's better to use txt ads but if you own a game site, it's better to use image ads. choose the answer for you
