I wish to add some images to each of my excising blog posts. So can I buy the required image from some sites? Else I can simply copy the image from internet? Then, can I simply use it as a static image or I can call it as an external CSS image(to reduce page speed)? Also while optimizing the image, can I use ALT and title tag for images less than a kilobyte?
