This is bizarre. In FF and Chrome, I am able to view an image to the right of the main logo: http://www.viewfromthebleachers.net/ (the ones that says bloggers choice awards). But in IE 8, I don't see nothing at all! I would appreciate any help as I am at my wit's end here ..
Try clearing your cache flow; if not, make sure the image is comming from the exact directory. (including your domain name) E.G <img src='http://www.mydomain/images/personal/hello.jpg'> Best i can think of. :/
You might need to put size info in like: <img src="http://www.bloggerschoiceawards.com/images/bca_badges/bca_badge_besthumorblog.gif" style="height:75px; width:150px" /> You should always put the dimensions in really.
you might want to check your code, seemed like there's tag error. here's the code i got from my IE <a href="http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/94635/?utm_source=bloggerschoiceawards&utm_medium=badge&utm_content=besthumorblog"<img src="http://www.bloggerschoiceawards.com/images/bca_badges/bca_badge_besthumorblog.gif" style="height:75px; width:150px" /></a> Code (markup): You see that your <a didnt closed with >. Unlike other advanced browser they had some sort of tag-correcting algorithm, IE didn't have that. Hope it helps.
Yeah, it's because you messed up the code, missed off an > like designmonkey says, just put the code as I said with the sizes and it works: <a href="http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/94635/?utm_source=bloggerschoiceawards&utm_medium=badge&utm_content=besthumorblog"><img src="http://www.bloggerschoiceawards.com/images/bca_badges/bca_badge_besthumorblog.gif" style="height:75px; width:150px" /></a>
