"That "before/After" site has more than one breach of TOS in it."

    -What other breaches are there?

I've said it before and I'll say it again -- one day Adsense is going to ban this technique outright, and a whole lot of you guys will be in deep caca.

If you placed the images next to the ads because you think it will make visitors associate the ads and the images, this is what Google has a problem with. Google doesn't want any part of your site, text or images, to be confused with being associated with ads.

You can disassociate the ads and images by moving them slightly, putting a border or even a blank column, or using a different background color. If you feel that this destroys your original intention for placing the images, then simply remove the images -- or remove the ads.

Yes, you can do all those things. Until Adsense decides one day that they don't like it.

agree. Everyone is so scared of google here. I don't get it. I've been using adsense since july of 2003 and i've NEVER had any problems. I have well over 100 sites on the account, and if they e-mail me I fix the problem and continue along my way.

Man, I would HATE to be forced to go through 100 websites and manually change all the pages Google didn't like.

No worries, I always make sure the header and footer are in separate files for example that way I can just include them. Navigation should be an include so you can make sitewide changes quickly as well. I usually include my ads as well.

I emailed Google about my images & ads, and they emailed to say it was ok. If they say it is ok, then it is ok, and I have the email to prove it. If, in the future they change their minds, I hope they will send an email or something to warn me first.

I think if you put a border then its fine! You are not violating their TOS.
