Image News Scroller...thing

Hello, I am using Wordpress and I am wondering if there is a plug-in similar to what you see here:

and

http://www.krpmag.com/

It has an image and then a short description, and it scrolls.

Anyone know of a similar plug-in, or how to get one?

I doubt its a plugin.

It might be an external javascript file that helps scroll the images etc.
