    Hello to all,
This is my first post, but I read the forum from long time.

I ask to google if we can put image near ads (with border or separator line)... this is the reply:

    Hi xxxxxxxxxx,

Thanks for your interest in Google AdSense.

Though I am unable to comment specifically on the situation you raised,
our policy encourages publishers to exercise caution when placing
images near the Google ads on their sites, as AdSense publishers may not rely on deceptive implementation methods to generate clicks.

To be specific, we ask that publishers not place misleading images near
Google ads or use images that appear to be directly associated with the
advertisers and their offerings. The use of such images may confuse
users or draw undue attention to the ads and result in unintentional clicks.

    [-----]

    Sincerely,

    Dennis
    The Google AdSense Team

I hate google responses, I asked something about a site from them and the answer was about as clear as mud. My feeling is that they have so many advertisers that they can be as arrogant as they want and then ban your account if they feel like it.

    Sucks.

they will never give a clear answer .. i ve got tired of their responses that i m not emailing them anymore .. come on for god's sake (or science sake) give us a clear answer ..a yes or a no ...
yesterday again i received an invalid click message ..i asked them to give more information about what exactly happened ..they know i didn t do anything wrong and that s why they didn t ban me yet , but their answers are so f&%$ed up .. they told me that they keep this information secret and just be careful next time .. careful of what ???? they ll never tell you what you should do to protect yourself ...

I think that s this might be the beginning of the end of adsense, they never share information or give proof ...and everybody is getting pissed off .. lately they re sending massive robotic mails for frauds that never happened .. just because a stupid bot thought it is .. i think a lot of you guys are receiving them lately too ..

it s not us who should be receiving these nonsense stupid emails about breaking the tos when we re not .. look at this for example http://www.8-topwebsites.com/Arts/ ..don t you agree that google should care more about these morons and respect his clean publishers ..at least send a human made email or let a human check our websites first before ....
seems that these MFA are doing great and google maybe love them , cause at the end they generating money for him when they use adword to advertise their BS and they use adsense to get back waht they invested .. and who s the ultimate winner ?? google of course ...
if google want to protect his advertiser he should first fight these empty content advertisers so that the honest and real ones can have a chance .

What is the best adsense replacement. I don't have a YPN account. Are there any other CPC engines that are any good?

Is there not a rule that the image and the ad have to be separated by a line?
