There is an option for us to switch whether using image or text for your header.

For a better appearance, i left it as image instead of text title and description for my blogger header, and rather than behind it because it looks awful.

i'd like to know will this affects my seo since i can't find any title and description in my page source.

Could i manually add title and description as hidden line just like the meta tag as well?

    thanks

You should use CSS to disappear title and tagline.

If you have written your sites title and description in Settings>Basics and it not appearing on your blog then there is nothing to worry about. But if you haven't written it then you should write it and disappear them by:

Design> Page elements > click on the edit in header and then mark the option "instead of title and description".
