Image Html Pages - 728x90 Above Pic OR 336x280 Below Pic?

I just added channels for all my main picture gallery thumbnail pages and it looks like most of my clicks come from the thumbnail pages but some come from the picture html pages also.

Right now I have one 728x90 right above the picture and right under the nav button bar.

Would I do better with one 336x280 under the picture (below the fold) and above the bottom nav button bar??

hmmm, when I previously tried to do two 728x90 (one above pic, one below pic) the bottom one would collapse (no ads available).

I just now tried keeping the 728x90 at the top of the picture and a 336x280 right below the pic (above bottom nav bar) and they both filled with ads.

Check out the screen capture - will my picture pages have too many ads if I do them that way?

I like having the 728x90 above the fold, and the 336x280 is a good performer so if they scroll down below the pic, I get another chance for a click.

(sorry for the rambling thread, I really want to figure out a template for my picture pages)

I think that looks fine, maybe you could repeat the title just between the image and the 336x280 block in smaller font than the top title.

I think only 336 * 280 will do but bring it up in place of Leaderboard and you will see some difference!

    That wouldn't constitute as a no/limited-content website?

I just set up a website this week and added AdSense. Some pages just have images and a name, that's all. I was worried about ads on limited content pages so I asked google if I could post ads on those pages. Here is the reply:
    __________

    Hello XXXXXX,

    Thank you for your email.

The ads on your website comply with AdSense policy. Furthermore, you can
place your ads on the gallery pages but you might not get relevant ads
since there isn't enough content on those pages.

For additional questions, we suggest you visit our AdSense Support site at
https://www.google.com/support/adsense . If you're unable to find an
answer to your question on our site, please feel free to reply to this
    email.

    Sincerely,

    XXXXX
    The Google AdSense Team

I am getting decent ads using a 728x90 header above all images. Can't vouch for clicks, but it was okay with big G to try.

That's just one of my picture pages on my travel pics site.

My main pages, and my gallery pages all are filled with tons of text. Plus the image pages have alt-tags, title text and sometimes I write comments below the pictures.

They always have the same relevant ads as the thumbnail gallery pages.
