i want to start a image hosting site... i would like to know what will happen if someone posts a adult photograph of a person with his/her consent ? i am not posting any images .... i am just giving a service & earning from the advt.
Make sure you TOS clearly states that and the poster indemnifies you / your site and everyone else associated with your business. Thx
You need to put a clear term of use that allow/disallow adult images. If you are allowing adult images, dont use adsense on your site. Also put a link to report an image. and something like this on your site "If any of these images are distributed without your consent, please contact us"
