Image hosting websites - Unique IP is counted once per 24 hours?

    Hi,

    I wanted to join one of the image hosting websites which pays you when people visit and view your images/their ads, one of the criteria mentioned in TOS is "Unique IP is counted once per 24 hours". I need to know what that means does it means even if a single user visits the 'image hosting websites' 10 times viewing 10 different images it will be counted as just one view or 10 views :confused: ?

    It will be counted as 10 impressions and 1 unique visitor. The question of whether the network pays for the impressions or UV.
