Results for you will be unique and it would take about two weeks for the system to optimize.

But for fresh start i would recommend following; - Exoclick , Adcash (CPM/CPC rate rises slowly but definitely good publisher network) - Popcash , Edomz ,Popads ( For popunder network, popcash has many advertisers and rates are upto 3$CPM, EDomz too have many advertisers, popads rates similer to popcash upto 3$CPM) - For instance you should refer to CPA offers according to your traffic sources.
