    I like it... nice and simple. A thought would be to change the text "Quality Business Solutions" to something relating to image hosting... it would make your site more specific at a quick glance.

    What is your business model? Free image hosting? Secure or unsecure? It would be good to begin to differentiate your service up front. For instance some sites (like PayPal) require https security on images that are kept on other servers. You might want to consider this as a pay for service... just a thought.

    Very nice, just stick some css in for the input box and buttons to make it blend in with the rest of the design and it'll look perfect :)

    simple to the point. you should develop simple plugins like imageshack or user log in to cataloge there current uploads
