OK guys here is some answers

1- The buyer get MASTER, FULL rights you can sell it give it for free, gift, extra with another product i dont care i will send you the script file in ZIP file do what ever you want BTW it is very easy to install and sell it doesnt even need MYSQL (Smart invension by me ) i sold 2 copys in one day but i stoped selling it. (because i dont want it to be everywhere)

2- yes, if i made another version i will send it to you free of charge.

3- you get a link where you will be able to access all photos (for admin) and when u see some thing in aproperiate* delete by FTP.

4- my friends lets be smart if it had the feature www.mysite.com/pics/1.bmp
no one will upload photos because most of people name there photos 1, image, pic, picture, demo... before they upload!! but the script auto makes a code name for it jasdi338fjdhd.jpg for example.
