Image Hosting Template Needed. $50 Budget.

    I need a design for image hosting website. The site is currently using DPI script.
    What I need:

    A template designed and sliced to html/css.
    The design should be minimal and clean.
    Have web 2.0 look.
    Color palette would be light green, light blue and a bit of light yellow/orange. Should not be too script default oriented, meaning the browse bar would be on the center of the site.

    Price is subjected to the past sample provided.

    Thank you for the offer d3sign3r, however I am looking for a budget range template. I know not many designer do this mainly because they can get much better deal at other place but still maybe, perhaps there is someone who can do this for a bargain price.
