    Most traffic is from forums.

    Probobly due to the fact he is selling it so he took them off earlier. As he was going to sell sooner but that didn't happen, and hasn't got around to putting them back on again.

    this seems really odd.

    your selling on behalf of a friend because he can't join DP?
    You will have to continue to pay him after the auction is won to pay for the hosting?

    Questions
    Why can't he join DP and post his own auction?
    Why can't the domain and files be pushed to new owner?
    Why must the winner continue to pay him?

    This almost sounds like he is looking for someone to simply pay his hosting costs.

    Winner will be sent owners details after so the buyer can then get his details switched over or something like that anyways. He was banned due to posting new topic in wrong thread. Well the winner is meant to pay as thats how this works. he made the site and got it set up and now he has done that he wants to sell it as he has made his money and wanting to sell to a new owner. Also Hosting has recently been paid for the next month.

    I agree totally. Logically there is nothing stopping you from just copying all of the files and putting them on your server the only thing stopping you from moving your hosting account is that fact that this dude is going to hold the domain name hostage.

    This deal is not worth it at all. I would consider buying it if I new the domain name wasn't a hostage.

    What do you mean by that?

    And there is no him holding the domain and hosting all of his details will be cleared and winners will be put in place so he wont own even 1% of the hosting, domain, files on the site, ect. It will all be the winners

    Ahh right i see now. I suppose you can transfer to other hosting, if not just send him money for the year and its all done or something. Yehh sorry about that as he wrote that and told me to post it i didn't look through the whole thing.
