Image Hosting Site For Sale - Revenue + Traffic

I bought a network of sites a few weeks ago, which included this site, HeyImage.com

However, I do not really want a site such as this perticualar one on my server taking up resources. So, I've decided to sell it.

Via AdSense, it is making an average of $1.20 a day, which is $36 a month. These are the latest stats and revenue proof that I have because I did not change the Adsense over untill yesterday. Nor did I actually transfer the site over to my server untill last week.

1) You removed the copyright for this script, which you're not allowed to do
2) You cannot use Adsense on sites with pornography...which your site does have

This is incorrect. If the site was a porn site, then yes - it would be breaking adsense TOS. However, it is not a porn website.

The fact that I cannot control what users upload means that it is perfectly ok to have adsense on it. Say someone posted an image in the porn websites section of this site, that would not mean that DP was breaking adsense TOS. Never at any time would porn images show on pages where adsense images are. They are not even on the site, they are simply images hosted on the server. No images show on any webpages within the site.

Nor did I actually know that anyone had uploaded adult images. These can quite easily be removed if infact I am mistaken, however I am quite sure that I am not.

And with regards to the copyright, I never removed it. That is how I bought the site. If your not allowed to remove it, then I'm sure that it can quite easily be added again.

So, now that you know about the porn, I assume you're going to inforce your policies and remove the hundreds of pornographic images that have been uploaded for over a month that you "did not know about"

What are you talking about? There are probably 300+ pages on your site that have porn and Adsense ads.

 

If you read my post, I only bought this site a few weeks ago. Only a week ago did I gain control of the site, when I transfered it over to my server. I havn't even looked at whats hosted on it.

With regards to the second point, the gallary has been set to private so users cannot randomly browse images. However, after looking, these images can still be accessed by clicking on the members username. I did not realise this. However, I have now removed the user list from the coding.

If you can find at page where porn images and adsense appear together, please post it and I'll look into it.
