    I don't care if its porn or not... users can upload what they want...

    I cant got ban only because it's porn image... im not advertising porn site or forum or any porn content.

    Learn little about that.

    This is my first post at digitalpoint, but I feel that it is a very important post for anyone who wants to run a free image hosting site.

    If you are going to run one of these things, you better have someone to check the images regularly. I've worked in the Adult Webmaster industry for quite some time, and Adult Pay Site Owners have pretty good lawyers. If you own an image hosting site that is hosting illegal or stolen adult content, it is possible that their lawyers can hold you responsible and take action against you.

    If anything, I suggest hiring a lawyer yourself and together you can come up with a good TOS and such- Just to cover your behind in the end.

    I'm not trying to tell anyone how to run their business... I just wanted to give some good advice.

    I thought google TOS says the content on your site has to be moderated.
