Image Hosting Script With A Difference

Hi people, Im looking for a script that will let me have these features;

• ability for users to upload images
• ability for people to register
• ability for users to have their own profile
• ability for me to create categories for the users to upload their images to
• a random images mod for the home page
• easy to edit templates

I would prefer a free script but if i have to pay the cheaper the better.
