Image hosting script needed

    Hey I need a unique script made for image hosting. It will have to be extremely box standard easy to install, its going to be a script that will be downloaded by users for their image hosting site.

    There will be an admin panel, with controls and general image hosting settings. This must be unique.

    My budget is 100$usd.
