Image host site help

    hi
    i want to create an image vote site where users have to pay before they upload their picture

    any ideas on how to do this?

    You could have them register for an account. In order to have an account, they would have to pay a fee (subscription or one time fee), then once their account has been created, you could then show the file upload page, etc, etc.
