    5. How does the site generate income? How much? Adsense and banner spots. I sold 1 banner before i changed hte design and then 2 more people were interested this month, each one for $20/month (totalling $40), but then both became inactive on both the forums and email. Adsense was $3 last month and about $1 this month, i wont even bother to put up a SS of it as its low.
    6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I do. No time needed at all.
    7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? The basic costs; hosting. If you buy this site I can recommend a good host to use that will suit your needs. This hosting is very affordable at under $6/ mo.
    8. Reason for selling? Payment for school.
    9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Of course; yes.
    10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No. 0.
    11. What all does the site include? The site includes the design and full rights to everything on the page (I made it myself, so It's a custom design)
    12. Asking price for the site? Starting Bid: $25 BIN: $50
