Buying Image Generator Script

I need a simple image generator script developed.

What the script must do:

The script must render small TRANSPARENT icons (100x100). All text entered by the user must be WHITE.

What users can do:

Enter text and/or upload their own small images, which must also be displayed in the rendered icon.

Please let me know how much you will charge me for this script and when you can start.

 

Can you please explain it more and what other options you want? admin panel etc? where from you can manage it?

No, I do not need am admin panel.

Users should be able to enter text, which is displayed on the image.They must be able to move the text where they want it displayed.

If the user want, they must also be able to upload a small image, smaller than 80*80.

The script must then render the image with all text in white. The image must also be transparent. The user must then be able to download the image.

 

So are you looking for something like 'CoolText'? A mini version of that maybe? Text to Image Generator. Right?
