image beside google search box, breaking TOS or not?

    Hi guys, i know having image beside google ad is not allowed


    but is it having image beside google search box allowed or not???

    Im not completely sure, if the image is obviously trying to look like its associated with the search box, and is quite a random image, then it may be against their TOS.
