Image Ads vs. Text Ads - Which works better in your opinion? I've tried "text and image (default)" but earned very little. I want to try "not default". Please explain, Friends.
It all depends on the type of site you have. Some websites work much better with image ads while others perform better with text ads. Games and Entertainment sites tend to work well with image ads (but again this can vary, depending on the structure and layout of your site). It really comes down to the same old adage I'm afraid. You don't know until you try it out. No-one can tell you for sure which is better for your site. They can only tell you what they know from their own experience. Experiment and find out which type of AdSense ad works best for you. Image ads have worked very well on some of my sites while bombing on others, so there's no real absolutes when it comes to giving you advice. Good luck
Definitely Text ads works better in my experience. Most of the webmasters agrees this statement however. Just one thing: Please don't make a try by Placing TEXT ADS WHERE YOU MUst place Image ads. It'll decrease your CTR making a sucking earnings report for your site.
It is depends on your audience types. If your audiences are woman and looking for a shopping stuff like Jewelry, Fragrance, Bag and so on, the images ads would work better than text ads. Otherwise text ads would work better in most cases.
I think a better text Ads than the image Ads , because the text Ads can be put together with articles
Text ads blends better and most of the time has a higher CTR but Image ads pays better. It all comes down to what type of site you have.
all kind of ads has its own status. image ads are low rates but image ads are easily getting clicks as well as text ads are not getting maximum clicks but text ads having good earning. if your both are not giving you sufficient earning, than change the theme of your site as an example if you have a mobile related site.................. it is poor keyword, so if you develop a new site next, chose a high paying topic as suports, loan, banking, money transfer etc

Earlier I tried image only Adsense where the CTR was low But later on I've edited that to default. Now the CTR is increasing but when I personally check most of the times, the Adsense Ad is an image.
Personally, I make more with text ads, but that comes after a lot of testing. I have found a comfortable color scheme that does well on my site and use that primarily. That doesn't mean that I am still not testing and you should be too. Every site is different and every site requires testing to find the most profitable solution.
