I do not know a thing about computer graphics but I need a killer image ad for some marketing I am doing. I figure if I have a contest I will get some different ideas & takes on my concept. So the add could say something like: " Avoid foreclosure" or "Stop Foreclosure" then "let me show you how a short sale can help protect you from the negative credit impact of a foreclosure. I am an expert in negotiating short sales with the bank and have helped many people & families out of this bad situation" Please view my videos explaining how ashort sale may be the answer to helping you avoid foreclosure. I am a licensed real estate agent and by law can collect no money up front, I only get paid if I am successful with the short sale." I need something that is safe, soothing and conveys honesty and trust as I am reaching out to people in a distressed situation. I do need some help here. Trent
