Customer Support(livechat, tickets, forum, IM) Advertising mainly on forums, I also have sought out clients on forums. Template coding Site setup, made all the pages. Simple server management (level 1) Familiar with but not limited to - cPanel, DirectAdmin, WHMCS, Kayako, phpbb, WHM,Litespeed(barely). I'm good when handling customers and get things done in a fast timely manner. I have quick troubleshooting skills and love using them Sharing my opinion, I can help you make decisions and I can voice my opinion and I speak from experience. I can work as an assistant,partner, support technician, forum moderator, whatever it be. But I really just like being the man you can depend on to get those things done when you need them done.
