Im writing script to help make post seo friendly

Im writing script that checks post for seo. I take to fonsideration: link, topic, text, meta description and desired main keyword/keyphrase.

Can you tell me if my pointers is up to date and correct?

1. title should be 40-70 letters long
2. keyword should be in first paragraph
3. keyword density should be around 3-5%
4. keyword should be in tag h2 or h3
5. is there even a h2 o h3 tag
6. there should be link inside text
7. meta decrtiption should be 120-156 letters long
8. keyword should be in link
9. keyword should be in meta description
10. there should be img tag with alt attribute with keyword in it
11. keywors should be in title
12. text should be 300-800 words long

do you have any suggestions?

For meta description, which I know does not have to be in between 120-156 long letter, which is important in under 160 letters long.
