Hi, I just made a rough analysis of your site. Your site ranks #2 for the keyword "China Pollution Prevention". If you're not getting enough traffic, that means the keyword you're targeting does not get enough searches. Secondly, your extension is ".cn" which really fares low in Search Engines - although your keyword is in the domain name. Thirdly, you have only 10 yahoo links. Try building more backlinks with the keyword you're targeting as the anchor text, and go social bookmarking (Digg, StumbleUpon, Propeller etc). That is sure to get you some extra traffic - since your site really looks good.

Build lots of backlinks. Try to improve your site's ranking in search results. Also, I suggest you move the ad unit thats on the top to middle or left side. Middle position will be perfect.
Hi, I just checked - you haven't submitted your site to StumbleUpon. Do that, use plenty of tags, and try using Social Bookmarking exchanges. You'll get more traffic from them in the short term, and will increase your rankings in the long term. Also, if you build backlinks, don't forget to use your keyword (Pollution Prevention etc) as the anchor text. Also, for keywords like "Pollution Prevention", your competition is with .gov sites, which obviously have more authority in SE's.
Make sure to use really good keywords (things you think people would search for). And having backlinks to your site can also help bring you more traffic.
