Well, actually when you lied about your age when you signed up with Paypal, you are in fact in breach of the contract and the other party would not need to fulfil their end of the bargain because you broke yours.

The Terms were made available to you when you signed up and you agreed to them, it does not matter if you read them or not. As long as you signed up, you have to abide by the terms. Since you lied about your age, you should have known that you be stuck in this situation. It is not something unexpected and you cannot put the blame at Paypal at all. If you want to blame, blame yourself.

I would think the best option for you now is to refund all your customers their money, wait till you are old enough (ie above 18 years old) then sign up with Paypal again. Find some other legal ways to accept payments from your customers.

If you try to use fake details or make them up, you will find yourself even deeper into this issue.

Just explain to Paypal that you are underage and that you are sorry for your action and that at the time of signing up with them, you lack the ability to read and understand terms of contract.

It is not an off-topic. It is probably why your account is limited in the first place. You broke the terms, do not expect to be rewarded for it.

In your case, there is no options or solutions for you really. All you can do is to do the right thing and refund the people the money. Besides, money exchanges without a license is prohibited by Paypal.

IT IS LIMITED IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE:

Frankiewilde888 is a scammer who hacked someones acc and I didnt know and he sent me $ for a money exchange and my acc got limited because it was fraudulent funds.
