Im trying to recreate this effect in PS CS3

    anyone know how. its red with a dark red outline with a jitter effect to it. this was created in mylogomaker with a jitter effect but i need to recreate this in ps cs3 or illustrator cs3. anyone know? thank you

    1. Type the text
    2. Text Layer - right mouse > Blending options - You'll need STROKE and DROP SHADOW
    3. menu Filter > Filter Galley

    why would you want to make that :(

    can be made using a mixture of "dissolve" on blending mode on the Outer Glow/inner glow/stroke effect

    thanks for the replies.. i actually got it with the outer glow and innner glow but it displays white behind the text. ya know where the holes are on the outer edge. i want it to be transparent because this text is against a another image and i want it to show the background where the outer edges are.
