After months of bad mouthing adsense and the hoops that you have to jump thru, I am thinking about it.
I got a new blog, and I am getting some traffic.
Is adsense the best way to go?
Is it the easiest way to make a buck?
Is 100,000 views enough traffic to see some return?
Help me out pros, need some opinions.
    Thanks

In what ways are you monetizing your site now? Some sites do extremely well with affiliate programs while others are better of using adsense. It's all about trial and error. Just give it a try and find out if it's worth it or not.

Are you thinking about going with YPN or something else. I do not think that anything converts as well as adsense, but YPN is going to be the best second objective!

Basically, I'm not doing anything to monetize my site at all. I think it's about time.
Traffic isn't smokin" , but its a few thousand uniques a month after 2 months , and 100,000 page views.
I have 2 affiliate programs on it. iTunes, and travel, but I want to make money off of the impressions, or some click through love.

I guess I really just have no clue which way to turn

I have always had an account, so, just now, I threw up a banner and a side bar.
I guess I'll see what happens.
How do you filter ads so that you aren't advertising for competitors, if you don't know the URL of the ads?

What else is there? I use adsense but never see much for it. Sucks, but everyone knows it and is comfortable with seeing it.

well I made 15 cents already, so maybe I should leave it up for a while to see what happens.
How do I know what ads pay, what price.
Apparently what is on there pays $.15 a click. Is that good?

Forgive me guys, I never have to do this for clients, somebody else handles that.
So this is really my first 2 hours with adsense on my own blog.
Hmn. I only make .05 a download from iTunes.
    Wait a minute...this is better:)

Yes, adsense is your best chance to make money with a samll site. 100,000 visitirs is quite a lot though.

We'll see what happens. If I wake up in the morning, and have made it up to $1, ...she stays for the month:)
