If you are sure you can actually get money from a limited PayPal account, which has been that way for 180 days, this could be a good business. But the question is PayPal send a cheque on the name of PayPal account holder. How would you manage to withdraw that amount?

Here is another question, If someone used fake information to sign up, you won't be able to get a cheque.

Very tough even if this works.

Well I would advise the person so you can withdraw your money and collect your check. It is true that if false information is impossible to withdraw money. The idea is that once I get my advice and withdraw the money, send me some for my help. Or maybe you send money in trust for anyone to get scammed.
