Hi, I'm thinking of buying limited Paypal accounts, but I wonder if anyone has ever managed to make a withdrawal from a limited account by Paypal and Paypal claims usually do to "unlock" the account? thanks

    thanks for your answer

Well then, I will not buy accounts, which will in turn will provide advice and get paid a percentage of money recovered in this way would be legal? ... the question is, has anyone actually managed to recover their money from Paypal after 180 days after the blockade?

Yes, I recieved my money after 180 days, but it was the money in my account, not someone else's. This is a bad idea, and you will not recieve the money in someone elses account with someone elses name on the check.

In Colombia is complicated withdraw checks by the exterior country, but some checks not need be in the name of a particular person there that anyone can cash checks simply by show a personal identification.

Why is it bad idea to charge for advising people to withdraw their money from Paypal? People do not deserve help?

I do not understand what is the problem, is not legal would help users to recover the money they have earned themselves legally?

I think it is good business because you can withdrawal your money after 180 days from limited account.

friend, sometimes you have to look beyond profit ... what is the gain if I join Facebook, you could answer ... as I said the gain would come from charging a commission for helping to unlock the account, I see that there are many users who are wondering what to do when they could solve their problem with very simple things simple as sending a fax ...

is possible or not to help another person to recover their money from Paypal and charge commission for it? is legal?
If PayPal does not do a good job of support, why not give support to clients with more resources? what's illegal?

I've seen law firms that do, why their case is legal?

where Paypal says you can not get help from other users?

Yes, I think you're right, at least that is what most users say, why not buy commented that account, but could provide support, if I find the necessary information and assistance is viable ...
