actually i have registered and they gave me a free $25 per sign up.

but i can't have this $25 until i pay $30

 

they'll give you 25$ just for signing up, after that you'll have to earn money yourself
you may also find on google better offers, but more money involves more actions

 

I've heard that Yahoo has been losing search market share. Is it worth advertising with them?
