    i'am a newbie
    suppose for ex:keyword phrase is one way link building course which is i'm targeting so i want to know which is real competitor. search this keyword phrase with quotes or without quotes?

    I would use the intitle inanchor search because it shows you pages which contain the keyword you are looking for in the title of the page and also displays pages that have at least one link (internal or external) pointing to it with the keyword included in the anchor text. This will help you determine who your REAL competition is.
