looks like people doesnt know that Ortodox Christianity is older than Catolicism

He wasnt Christian. He was hard boiled atheist, socialist and communist. He, and his earlier died war enemies and friends Isetbegovic on muslim side and Tudjman on croat, both died before Hague had chance to suit them, didnt beleive in anything, and that was reason why all happened.

    Evil on all sides.

It has been my understanding that both are the same age, as they sprang from a common root.

You are right. Well, partially. :) Ortodox keept some old christian doctrines. Calendar remain old. Maybe it is why name standing - ortodox. Iam not talking that Ortodox are like old Christians, and Catolics are separated but Iam saying that Ortodox are more like old Chrisitan by doctrine and tradition than Catolics. :)
And you are right. If there was split, and it was happened, both entities are equal old - they are born on day of spliting.

there is one significant thing with orthodox...priests can f**k, while in catolic church they cant because of celibacy which was made law in 1139 so that all the propierty remains in catholic church hands ! think about it !

if anyone want to know more just ask hehe i know everything from those too cos my father is catholic and mother is orthodox :)
