Keyword "ugly girl" has about 450,000 global monthly searches. "beautiful girl" on the other side has 2,740,000 global searches. So I think you niche is competitive.

Use NeoDownloader free edition.


Go to an adult related Tumblr, pretty easy to search in Tumblr, just google "Tits Tumblr" or something similar.


Add the URL to NeoDownloader and the free edition will download the first 500 images on the site.


Download IfranView if you don't have it. Load those pics in the "batch conversion/rename" found under <File> area of IfranView. check the batch conversion - rename results radio button, then checkmark "use advanced options" go to advanced.


In that menu in the center column towards the bottom you will see "add overlay text" check mark that and go to settings. Put your target URL in the box and set it to bottom center, black text on white background. You will have to play around with it a little to get it right on the bottom of every pic.


So after that is set, run the batch conversion and you have 500 pics of sexy women, with your URL watermarked on the bottom.


Now upload them to Image Fap with a clever title under your niche etc. People on Image Fap are always looking for new and fresh sites, and I used to upload batches of 50 photos, 10 times a day, and would get about 500 manually typed in hits a day.


Of course it doesn't help with backlinks, but it does get manually typed in target visitors.

I've worked on several adult projects with in the last decade. So take it from me...

1) Free tube sites hosting your own videos are Bandwidth/Resource hogs that will end up costing you more money than you can bring in. The big boys can do it simply because they have MILLIONS of visitors to justify the overhead.

2) Using affiliate links on your FREE tube site is very ineffective. The conversion rate is pathetic simply because the majority of your traffic is jerking off looking for FREE videos and have no interest in paying for ANY program advertised from your web site.

3) Paid subscriptions are obviously a great way to generate revenue...BUT the problem is complying with 2257 which states (depending on your country) that you must keep records of ALL models on your web site (2 forms of identification to verify their age). If the feds call for records and you can't provide them with any you are screwed. The big boys get away with it because they host outside of the US and have the legal and financial backing to fight law suits and "audits".

4) Having a chat, forum, or video conference system is absolutely pointless if your website is geared towards the "ugly girl niche" unless you are planning on having ugly girls visit and participate on your site. Why would 1 straight guy who is jerking off want to chat with another straight guy who is jerking off?


Adult web sites are not what they are cracked up to be. The truth is...very few are profitable. If I worked on 15 adult projects 2 probably returned a profit. The rest were just chalked up to life lessons learned.

 

Actually... you are incorrect. If "ugly girl" was the only keyword emphasis on his site than yes with 450,000 would be very competitive. However, I'm quite sure with the right keyword content he will have several keywords with low competition.

"ugly girl" ALONE can bring up:

"she called me an ugly girl"
"lindsay lohan is an ugly girl"
"what an ugly girl!"
"im not ugly, girl. you are trippin'"

All of which AREN'T his competition.

Everyone keeps giving him bad advice "If you host offshore" then they cant get you....

You can be gotten anywhere...

Just cuz someone is offshore doesnt matter.

Your nameserver can be shut down with a court order, or
going through the complaint process for having copyright material....

If he is in the US, and his host is offshore, then he surely can be gotten, but
there is a less chance of any type of lawsuit/prosecution if he himself is offshore....
But his domain can be seized no matter what planet he resides on....
(assuming he is in violation of any laws)

foremost, he needs to do more law research....

 

Don't do zero competition short-tail terms in this niche. Use the long tail keywords. Be more specific. Target those keywords in the range of 500-50,000 monthly searches
