Before anything else. Do an in-depth keyword research on "ugly girl" , "ugly girl porn" , etc. keywords to know where you'll be standing and focusing on.

 

As melack said use google.

in this kind of sites , competition would be very high and u would not compete . instead of that go for social media optimization whcih would give u batter exposuur.

 

I have to disagree. Even thought there is competition. I believe that with the right system in place and a bit of knowledge you can compete. With that said you are right about the social media optimization. That will add to the traffic by both SEO and SMO.

 

I'm not sure if going for a tiny porn niche with a zero competition is a good idea, unless you've got a HUGE untouched niche (which I doubt is possible in porn). The reason for that is conversion rates are extremely low in porn. You need to have like 20.000 + visitors per day to make your hard work pay off. In internet porn industry visitors are REALLY good at not clicking your banners and not buying stuff that you advertise.

BTW, I recently got rid of my own porn site. I was getting many thousands of hits/day and veeery little sales.

 

You can upload to redtube, extremetube, etc

or to youtube and it drives massive traffic for an hour before deleted. Furthermore you can do joint venture with TGP site

 

Visitors to porn sites are not interested in buying something that your selling. This is why you have to sell what they are interested in, and that is the porn itself. If your relying on Adsense or Affiliate ads then your going to fail with porn. Give your visitors a taste and then charge for the whole thing. Its been done before and it will work again.

 

Well, adsense is not allowed on porn sites anyway. The problem is that visitors rarely are willing to pay for porn content whatsoever, because it's so easy to find for free.

 

Sanchez and gvannorman, check the OP. What do you think of that strategy? Give away videos for free, but pay for subscription to an adult dating network?

 

How about reversing that, and give away the adult dating network and pay for the videos. I believe that if you can entice your visitors into something they will pay for the next level. As for the one that said visitors rarely pay for porn content because they can find it free. If that is the case, you must offer them something that they can not get for free.

You would be surprised at how many girls search for porn. They do it in secret because they don't want the public to know that they are into it

 

Porn is dead...compared to how it used to be. Good luck getting paid subscriptions.

I think if you catered to a specific niche, it may give you an advantage over those sites that cover just general content.

 

Clever niche. I do not doubt for a second that there wouldn't be enough demand. On the same note, I think that forum posting works well for porn, especially in niches. There's people dedicated to "ugly" girls and word gets around quickly.
