hey people,somebody here knows a diet to gain weigh fast? im 12 kilos under my normal weight,i dont know what is happening i dont wanna go see the doctor because im afraid of hospitals ( lol) im eating soo much,but nothing works . im soo skinny,im looking like an anorexic
Are you fo' real? Best diet I kno: Go get yo skinny self some weed, smoke till your are hella high, wait until the munchies kick in and then get yo twiggy ass down to McDonalds and start stuffing in the burgers.

Wow you're lucky! Many people would do anything to have a super metabolism! Do what I can't.. eat pizza and move as little as possible.. you'll gain weight in no time
you are freaking lucky, i have problem losing weight. you don't want to get fat, so eat more protein rich food like tofu & bean, and lift weight (u don't have to go heavy)
That's the problem. Of course it's your own choice, but being a ballet dancer I can tell you that meat is very important if you want to look good. What I can suggest you is to start eating meat and vegetables. Fast food won't help, it will only make you fat. And you also need to take exercises. Sit-ups, press-ups, jumping, cycling, swimming and so on.. Good luck!

I'm vegan, too, for several years, and I never think about my weight, one way or the other. Here are the most fattening vegan treats i can think of: Tofutti or SoyDream non-dairy "ice cream" and other products Pasta French fries Hummus with chips YOU DO NOT NEED TO EAT MEAT! I maintain a stable weight and even go up when I overindulge in the above. Vegans do need to eat more often than carnivores. Small snacks sevral times a day
I'm like that too..its not big deal to be skinny. Just eat until you're full and I'm sure ull be fine.

Fat = bad Muscles = good It's not an illness, if you don't want to eat meat then sport is what you need.
