    What is there in this site for 400 bucks... ANy revenues? any traffic? doesn't seems to have a domain as well?

    believe he is selling based on design. good overall design. if you can resell to a dentist, then you can make a profit with it. good luck. OC designer here. :)

    A dentist can make this exact same site in wordpress. We don't need a professional designer for this

    True, but that is a custom coded site vs wordpress which makes a huge difference from the client end. Hope it sells.

    yes its based on the design, i made it for some dentist, we agreed on $1300 for the website, he said fine, but at the end, he said he didn't want it, he paid $450 of it already, that's why Im asking for $400. Basically 1/3 of the asking price. Ill make all changes for it.
