Can anyone confirm that Yahoo has made some sort of change in their algo? I am seeing shifts in rankings this morning.

My rankings in Yahoo are about where they normally show. Any major changes for yours?

Haven't really looked at the new algo and what might help a site to rank well just yet.

Hmm - jumped up to the number 1 spot for a couple of our keywords so whatever they did I won't complain. :)

Yahoo Japan's algorithm changed too. For the first time IDN Domains (Domains with native Japanese characters) have actually started to rank well overall. I have a domain in a competitive market that the native term in the domain is ranking #3 on Yahoo Japan.

Basically this is not algo change that affects your position badly but database update. Sometimes it results in sites disappearing for days.

But yes algo update would affect all websites ;)

since early april, my sites have been bouncing up and down the Y! serps, but (fingers crosses)... they're finally stable and (seem to be) moving up slowly...
if it continues this way, we can all work on figuring out their latest algo... it was impossible to do it the past 2 months when everything was cr@p!!!
