I'm scared of Sandbox! (Doing SEO for a new site!)

    Hi,
I'm doing SEO for my new site. The site is regional(targetted in one city), and not TAHT competitive but many sites about the industory exist there. I don't have to hide it here, so to tell you what industory, it's a dog care industory (daycare, boarding, training etc).

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind...

1: does a regional website get sundboxed?

Like my site, can a website targetted in a regional people get sandboxed?
Like, law office London, massage therapy Los Angels etc.

I had an impression that most sites which get sandboxed are targetted worldwide/nationwide....like "SEO" ,which get a lot of traffic

    2: Domain age?

My site is new (a couple of month old) but I had had the domain about a year before actually started the site. Is is a plus? Or unrelated?

3: How much is too much?

I'm submitting derectories, doing forum posting, commeit posting etc, on every couple of days when I have time. I'm wondering how much is too mcuh.
Does "unnatural" mean, when a person really can't do it (using a software, robot etc?)?

    4:Inevitable?

I read somewhere every new site gets sandboxed. Is it true?

FYI, my site is ranked between 10-30 depending on the keywords.
(3,4 keywords), and 1-10 in Yahoo!

Sorry about multiple questions. whould be great if you could answer only one.
    Thanks

Every new site does not get sandboxed, however it is more difficult to get great SEO results in a short period of time if your site is brand new. Keep working on your SEO daily and you will see positive results in the near future.
