I'm really unhappy with someone from India

I am disappointed with this idiot who purchased my product...

It's been 7 days after I released my product and got 76 sales with no refund request, but today, this one from India distracted me....Is is very clear in my policy that if the customer has question, the should contact me directly, and the refund policy is very clear...

Instead, he placed a dispute with PayPal and sent me an email saying he did not received the product... The comment in PayPal is totally different.. he said that is is disappointed because he thinks he can make money, but not... what a dumb fool, I'm really irate...

I can, of course return his payment anytime but what made me angry is the dispute he placed where he could have asked me professionally by contacting me directly though email.... I'm really pissed of...

Should I leave the money in dispute? This is what actually I am planning to do... I want to ignore him... I am not interested in his money but I want him to feel what he did...

    Thank you

if your not worried about the cash then let it sit and simmer awhile, see what comes of it.

I am not worried with the cash... I always wait for 45 days before I withdraw earnings from my sales because I always give allowance to refunds... Good advice though.. Thanks :)

I understand that there is paypal problem with Indians but of course we cannot control people who are buying our products... I will turn to being racist if I will say, I disallow Indians or other specific groups from buying my products.... That's totally a different issue though...

Why do you have to drag the name of the country with it. If I am not happy with somebody from Australia I will not say "I am really pis*ed with that Australian", I would simply say "I am pis*ed with Mr X"

Everybody expects to do that and get away with it.

@marktravellinks WTH man! you think Australians are doing it because Indian's residing there are at fault. This is the kind of apologetic doormat attitude that we see among the diplomats and politicians. The 200 years of british rule has somehow rubbed this mentality on many of us.

Titing Kabayo what product was exactly purchased? Was the buyer blind?? The scammer has wants to have the cake and keep it too. That's an attitude which surely sucks.

I strongly advice to raise a dispute and try your best not to return the money and teach the scamster a lesson.
