I'm really afraid of promoting my adsense sites via adwords.

    When i try to think clever with Adwords, my brain tell me to do something like "arbitrage". But i don't know how to convince myself about the limit. What is the limitation in here? What should i do not to fall in arbitrage?

    For example, i have an humor site, how can i promote this with adwords? By adding ads in humor related keywords only? If i do this, will it be ok with tos?

    I need a good information from people who promote their adsense sites with adwords for more than 1 year without a problem?

    Thank you guys..

    Guys, as seen here, everyone has different thought about this. I repeat;
    "I need a good information from people who promote their adsense sites with adwords for more than 1 year without a problem?"

    I don't understand your question.
    If you are asking can you use adwords to promote your humor site if it has Adsense ads on it, the answer is yes.

    Last year Google clamped down on Adsense arbitrage sites. These were sites that were designed specifically for Adsense income. Below is a statement from Google with regards to the Adsense arbitrage sites:

    "At Google, we are always focused on how we can make the user experience as positive as possible while still providing value to our publishers and advertisers. As part of this effort, we continually conduct automated and manual reviews of publishers and sites that violate our policies. In some cases, violations of our program policies will result in termination from the AdSense program."

    Would you say they are referring to the very obvious MFA sites?

    So would it be quite safe if your running a decent blog, plenty content other forms of promo too, sensibly placed ads, is it then ok to use a bit of adwords to drive traffic?

    I'm not familiar with MFA sites.
    Sites that are generated automatically and contain nothing but scraped content from article directories or article spinners and contain the max limit of Adsense ads are the ones they will nail you on. You know the kind. They are so ugly people will click anything to get off that site.:)

    A "normal" web site that contains good content etc can have Adsense Ads and will have no problem with an Adwords campaign.
