Yahoo is easy to get indexed. A RSS feed on myyahoo page does the trick in less than a few days.

In all Google is a little tougher but if I don't see indexing in about a week i begin to worry.

 

I Launched a site and it was indexed in google in 3 days

 

indexing in se's is not much tougher .... but serp in Yahoo is more tough than G .... my site receives 10x more visitors from Google than Yahoo

Indexed in 24 hours by Google just need high PR link pointing to the site

however this does not mean much... as there is still an aging delay applied to most sites.

Yahoo ranking # 1 is only good for high competition terms...everything else will generate minimal traffic.

I advice you to optimize your site for google too. If you optimize your site for google, then you can expect more traffic and aim for higher. Never settle for lesser gods

I know google can take longer than yahoo. Yahoo takes me about 1-2 days google about 3 -7 days.

 

How exactly do you get ranked on yahoo?

 

Its really hard for me to rank at yahoo how did you you do that?
