I'm ranked 3rd for "Rich Dad Poor Dad" on msn but no where on Google (??)

I just looked at my awstats and noticed a few people came through from searching "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and I was a bit puzzled cos my site's way down the list on google. Then I remembered msn or live .. and I had a look:

    http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=rich+dad+poor+dad&mkt=en-us&FORM=LVSP&go.x=0&go.y=0&go=Search

    and I'm THIRD!!! (I even beat richdadpoordad.com!)

How is it so much difference between the two. Anyone know what extra weighting msn gives. (eg. because my page is newer than the rest??) :p

If you're site is new MSN seems to give it a small boost over older sites.

You might rank great on one engine doesn't mean you will rank the same for others. Not all the search engines runs on the same algorithms like Candid said.
